We have had Nya since May and I have yet to hear her bark. Her previous owners said she did not bark and I have never met a yorkie that never barked at all so I figured they meant she does not bark a lot.
The closest she came was the other day she was laying in her bed and looking at the couch making these really tiny woof woof sounds that resembled a bark, but so so quiet. She also howled once when my hubby was in another room, he is certain it was her as Pixie does not howl.
For the most part she is just a very quiet girl. I was beginning to wonder if she even knows how to bark
