Uni also has pancreatitis and I have her on Honest Kitchen. She is on the "preference" one. There is no meat in it, you add your own meat, so you can control how much fat gets in there. It isn't a kibble though, so you have to rehydrate it at each meal time, plus the time it takes to cook whatever meat you put in it. It takes a bit more time than tossing some kibble into a bowl, but it works for Uni, she is doing very well on it.
