I also took my little guy for "play dates" and I got a similar report about Howie. He didn't want to join in the "rough & tumble" with the other dogs etc.etc. But by the 3rd visit, the report was completely different, he was right in there with the mix and enjoying himself. I only left him for 2.5 - 3 hours at a time but later this month will be the telling point, he goes for a 2 night sleep over. I hope I can enjoy this little "get away" but I know I will be phoning her to make sure he's okay and will be worrying about him.

She has a great set up at an acerage up in the wilds. She only takes small dogs, 3 at a time and has 2 yorkies of her own. She has a great dog safe park like setting outside and the run of the house inside and they all sleep inside. She's a lovely women and you can tell she loves her dogs, but I just can't help being nervous about being separated from him !!!! What a whimp I am .............
