From what I can tell from reading about it is that it should correct itself after her first heat and that the new owner should keep an eye on her so that it is being cleaned properly.
Sounds pretty simple to me... but the new owner is making it into a huge deal. Demanding her money back or a new puppy. The women says that it is a surgical problem, that the pup will need to have sergery to correct it.
I dont think so....
