Tibbe very occasionally will have runny eyes and I wash his face gently around the eye area daily with his dog shampoo and rinse, brush the hair away from eyes when wet, dry well with a towel, repeating daily until gone. His diet is steady so I am not sure what causes it but it is rare with him.
