IF you are not allergic to aspirin or rubbing alcohol, crush two regular aspirin and dissolve in 2 or 3 tbsp rubbing alcohol. Dab that on the lesions. It gave me a lot of relief for about 4 hours then I did it again. Relieved the pain and cooled down the lesions.
