Taycie has Always had issues with runny eyes. At the beginning of June they started to get really bad. After working with my vet she put her on a LID RX dog food. I previously had her on NB LID formulas but I had little success as far as the tearing was concerned...but within days of her new food her eyes started to clear.
Now..she is completely tear free! I do notice her eyes tear more when she is out in the grass. I have a eye wash I really like that I got from my vet and I use sterile saline solution in the corners for any crusties. She also drinks bottled water which has also helped
For us the diet was what helped!
