Ok, here's the deal: Scout, my 7 month old Yorkie boy has recently started being a bully to Pippa (17 mo-older but a bit smaller) his doggie "sister". He won't let her play with any toys. He hogs them all and takes them away from her even though he's playing with something else...just like a 2 year old! He also growls meanly sometimes and they get into a real fight. I am attaching a video of him taking toys. He finally lets Pippa have an abandoned Santa Claus after taking away about 4 other toys from her. Do I need to be concerned or intervene? OR do I let them just go about their doggie play and let him dominate? I always break it up when it seems to get "serious".
