does this mean those of you that live in REALLY cold places don't take your dogs for walks? I am curious b/c I live in So. CA but we are visiting Tahoe soon. Is taking Shelby for a walk a bad idea? With sweater and boots?
Will they really even walk a few blocks with boots? |
