OMG what a BULLY
Please DO file reports with the Police and Animal Control immediately! I'm so glad that your baby is going to be okay, thank God, but what about the next time you're outside with your baby and these dogs come charging up? Not only will your little dog be hurt/killed, but you would be in danger as well
What if next time it's someone's small child they attack?
This guy is trying to intimidate you, and he sounds like a moron. There's no such thing as "filing a petition" so that you can't walk your leashed dog, past his property. He is breaking the law by letting his dogs run loose, and what makes his dogs have more rights than anyone else's?!?! He's got a lot of nerve and oh BOY he needs to be put in his place!!!!!!

Oh, and I just wanted to add that you should call the cops any time you see the dogs outside, off leash.
