Hmm, I do remember that happening sometimes and can't remember how to shrink the file size w/o shrinking the picture. If you want, you can try attaching the picture as it is to a message and I'll try taking a look at it and see if I can figure out why it's too big. To attach a photo to a message, scroll down, click manage attachments, "browse" to your photo and upload.

The only thing I might try to do is lower the resolution. If you're saving it at 200 dpi, I think that might create a larger file. I'll try lowering it to 72 dpi.
