I'm getting a biewer next year and I've been staying away from BTRA, but for other reasons. I've been looking for breeders that have dogs registered with BBIR and finally found one!! I thought Ilona Shanklin runs the BTRA...or was that BTCA? So confusing...this is really sad though how someone who is suppose to LOVE dogs and care about them stoop to below puppy millers and brokers!
It just broke my heart seeing a picture of that dog in the blog.
