I would have them appraised first.. they could be valuable as flour sacks? I know there was a time the antique glass was a hot item. Having grown up in Bristol I probably have some of the same "items" pack away for future grandkids
I do love the ideal of using old clothes.. I have made a rag quilt using old jeans.. turned out very nice
