Don't beat yourself up over it. I'm not pregnant...but I'm trying to lose weight and restraint is hard...I can't imagine how much harder it is with pregnancy hormones! I know that they don't TASTE the greatest...but there are a lot of frozen veggie steamer bags that come with potatoes or come in cheese sauce which you can just pop in the microwave for five minutes and the cheese will make them taste better I love pizza too...there are a lot of healthy personal sized frozen pizzas at the grocery store too...not all of them taste that bad and the brand Amy's has organic, vegetarian, and vegan pizzas You can also buy the weight watchers mini desserts...they come with two servings and I LOVE THEM and even my boyfriend likes them too! They have chocolate eclairs, key lime pie, cookie dough sundae....etc. I'm a college student so almost everything I eat is frozen b/c I'm too lazy to make myself food.
