I happened to be getting into my car after visiting my mom in a rehab. Hospital in Catskill,NY. The car was shaking and I thought someone was jumping on the bumper. I made a call on the phone about 3 minutes
later so when i checked the phone it was when all the action was taking place. I have never felt an earthquake before so thought it was a gust of wind that had caused it. No damage noted.
