It's soooo scary! Jackson had a reaction to the 'L' or lepto in DHLPP vaccine as a 12 week old pup. He will never again get lepto. So he had DHPP at 8 weeks, DHLPP at 12 weeks and DHPP at 16 weeks. Then we didn't do rabies until he was over 6 months old (however, this is against the law, wouldn't recommend it). At one year, we did a booster of DHPP and rabies, on separate days. But I most likely will be following Dr. Dodd's vaccine protocol and not getting anymore vaccines except rabies every 3yrs. I don't think it's totally necessary. |
