It seems like a lot of people my age seem to think a dog that's loose is fair game. They don't see it as stealing, they seem to think it was abused or mistreated, and therefore, if they want it they can keep it. I also know that some YT members seem to think they don't need to find the real owner of a dog when they find one. Lots of them seem to believe the pound will just kill it, so they can keep it. It's good to know that the younger generation sees this for what it is. In this case though, the women clearly knew it was stealing, and just didn't care. I can't believe she is so stupid to tell people that. I think the store owner should know what she tells people. |
