Louis' skin issue has recently escalated to become an eye issue. He has scratched his eye to the point of swelling and redness. We took him to the vet today and were told that this is allergy related. They gave him a Vetalog injection and a hydro cortisone eye ointment. Has anyone had any experience like this? I'm hoping the constant itching stops and his eye clears up. I was told that it may take about 10 days for the eye to completely heal. I've attached a picture of his eye.
