Your forewarning is noted. I don't intend on giving money to anyone. Also, I have been conferring with my sister about all the advice given, just as a second head in the huddle. We are trying to be level headed about all of this and not storm the castle in the same manner the breeder stormed our castle.  
We want to get Lily back. No questions about that. But my sister and I have also reached the conclusion if it gets to the point were if it can't be done calmly and rationally, we will probably have to let her go. As it is, it sounds like the son-in-law will have the final say in the matter. It was his and his wife's (Kay's daughter) dog originally. Originally they did give her back to the breeder long before this erratic "pass the dog back and forth" routine began.  
I'm sorry if anyone thinks I haven't been clear or have been misrepresenting anyone else in the situation. This has been a crazy, awful experience and I have not purposely left any info or facts out.
