Another thing: ask them how he was in the crate for that period of time. My vet knows which of my pups get upset and usually will do them first to keep the stress level down. Of course if an emergency comes in that may change the schedule a bit. Just kind of nice that they can try to get to the nervous nellies first. Some of them do a whole lot better in there than you would think.
