Dr. Oz said on Tuesday that the single most dangerous food in our pantry is sugar. Causes more disease and death than even FAT in foods according to the current thinking. Said we should have no more than 6 t. sugar a day above that that comes in regular food - and I don't think he was including desserts in "regular food".
