I laughed and cried over this thread. She does seem a bit better tonight. Poor thing...I really felt awful earlier when she acted the way she did....and her siblings were really, really weird with her. It was a strange day for sure.

No, I did not keep any of her hair. I suppose I should have...it was kind of a spur of the moment thing. I had taken her in to be groomed...and we always had to cut her skirt because her hair grows like a weed. I just had been thinking about it for a while..and something made me tell Claudia to take it all off. And...Off it came! Had I thought any longer, she would still have her hair.
I did this a couple of years ago with Pippi and she acted strange for days! She now has a full coat again...but she does not have the beautiful hair Olivia has. I might let Olivia's grow back...will have to see how it goes. I know that she and I will enjoy this break...it really is a lot of work to keep them long like that.
