Do you have enough money though to care for a yorkie ?
Yorkies can be prone to problems like Patella luxation, Fido has to go through a PL surgery this winter cause he has 2-3 grades on one knee, just that surgery costs me 1.000 $ , very expensive !
Then I have to bathe him 1 a week with quality shampoo, 1 bottle of shampoo and conditioner costs 20-40$ each and I use a half shampoo bottle a month, his food is about 50$ a month, then clothes so he doesnt get cold in the winter, go to the groomers every 2 months or so that costs 70$ here.
Then if something happens you have to be able to pay the vet.
And then ofcourse harnesses, leashes, collars, tags etc.
I spend about 100$ a month on Fido.
