I just remember the hurt and anger I STILL feel 6 years after losing my cat Maggie to a dog attack. She was outside in HER own yard and two GSDs from down (way down) the road went on a cat-killing spree.My neighbor lost a couple kitties, as well due to these dogs.

My point is, no matter if what, if you lose a beloved pet due to a dog attack, even if it is on someone else's property, it still hurts like HELL, and making light of the death is not right! JMHO!
