Took Mikki in for her follow up from spay/yearly vet visit. When she went in for her spay, my vet noticed her knees. The girl at the office did not mention anything to me. Today he did her yearly and she has luxating patellas.
He also thinks she is not the age the lady told me. He is approximating her at 3 yrs old. (Not that it matters but don't understand why she lied to me.) She also is going to need her teeth cleaned. He said her buildup was worse than dogs older than her. It was a depressing visit.
Any experience you have with the luxating patellas I would love to hear about. Thanks.
BTW, Rosie went in for her yearly too. We left with her having a clean bill of health. Thank God.
