You're not alone. Kaji did that at first too. Now he must have a "fresh kill" before every meal. He'll chase and capture a ball or a stuffy, sometimes shake it, and then walk over to his food and eat. He's very particular about where the toy goes next to his food bowl. If it's not just right, he'll adjust the ball's placement before he starts eating. He's so weird!!!!
