Have you thought about teaching him to stick out his tongue? It's pretty easy if he's food motivated. I caught Joey accidently a couple of times with his tongue out, and gave him a treat, he seemed to catch on immediately. Now when I use the word "tongue", he'll stick it out. Of course, he also does it alot on his own now, and it means "I want something to eat."
My absolute favorite thing to see Joey do is crawl, he lays first on his stomach and then craws, but he does it so fast it's hilarious. I can't see him doing it without cracking up. Still haven't gotten a movie of it, but I should.
