I have had a dog in the past that exhibited the same symptoms. It turned out to be mild seizures. They didn't happen alot when he was young maybe 1 or 2 a year, but once he got older he would have them everytime he over exercised, or sometimes for no reason. Sorry about your baby and hopefully he will be fine.
