I've had a run in or two with my dogs and collar issues and a harness getting hung on something do I don't leave anything on my dog for safety sake. Your post was a terrible reminder why is it so important to keep these little guys free of things that can harm or even kill them.

I am just so glad Zach is okay and you were fast to get that collar off before he choked to death! And that you were out there with your dog - not sitting in the house while the dogs played. It sounds silly to say you cannot leave them for a moment without taking a chance on something going wrong but things like this keep reinforcing that thought! Thank goodness!!!
