I hope that your baby recovers fully!
Mina is 7months old and a walking vaccumcleaner. I am always walking with my face looking at the floor to pick up thread,pins (I sew),scraps of fabric,leaves from outside,hair from the other dogs,you name it and she will pick it up. Recently on vacation the biggest challenge I had was keeping her from tasting ALL of the rocks that the campground streets were made out of. I think I said "drop it" every 10seconds,unless she was contained in the playpen or in my lap.
