I'm so happy! Some of the stitching started coming out at the top where there is the wood rod, I'll be contacting them. I never filled out the original papers, but I wonder if I still have them. Well it has the info imprinted in the leather inside the purse! Thanks again. I had bought a coat to match and that would be great if I could get it repaired. My mom has tons of Coach bags she's used for years and they are all in great condition!
