I like to give benefit of doubt when a well regarded breeder's reputation is challenged, and I did so with the alleged puppy sales to pet stores thread. Everything else I've ever heard about Glenda was good all the way, so this is stunning news to me. I can only imagine your disappointment to receive your highly anticipated dog in this condition.
