You could try and take her to court for misrepresenting things, but it's going to be pretty hard to prove without a contract. Most likely your best recourse is to report her to the AKC and YTCA. I'm sorry you are having problems with your pup and sorry to hear that the breeder still hasn't cleaned up her act.
