I'm sorry about your pup. Just know, all of us here take the safety of our dogs as the number 1 priority, and as far as walking our dogs harnesses are a lot safer. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and everyone is free to do with their dogs what they want (as long as it is not against the law) but you will find that here on Yorkietalk we are pretty cohesive about ensuring the safety of other dogs and we are therefore members are going to suggest what they think is the safest/best for dogs. Of course, not everyone on here agrees about everything (we are a diverse group) but I think at least on the subject of harnesses vs collars there really isn't a debate (at least for most of us).
