Inside I am crazy about watching what gets dropped but it might be possible she ate something outside like a bug or something but shes never had a tummy ache before for this long after eating a bug. Her temperature is normal. The gum thing scares me as well she has low sugar issues where her gums get pale and she acts very lethargic and kinda almost limp and I give her sugar right away and she becomes not so lethargic and limp and back to her normal self but when I told this to my vet she said that she has never heard of that happening to an adult dog just puppies and that the only way for her to know what was happening is to rush her in when its happening but the vet is 30 minutes away and I am terrified to wait that long when she has one of those episodes. It doesn't happen a hole lot maybe once every two months but I try to prevent it like if she has been to the groomer or in a stressful or high activity thing I feed her some treats and or dog food right after. Me and my mom sorta worked things out (still wont trust her alone with Callie) and Sammy was over here today and she played a little but not as much as normal. We are thinking if she isnt acting better tomorrow we will take her to the vet Tuesday unless she gets a lot worse then she will go to the vet asap.
