Well, I don't think the momma is at risk when she has an episiotomy...I mean they aren't real comfortable (I had one) but it is not going to kill the dam. I think if I were a breeder and could learn this life saving technique to maybe save a puppy, I would. I men what would be the harm?
Don't know that I could do it in a real situation but I would be thankful and more secure with the knowledge of how to do it just in case. |
