Could be the change in food if it is a richer food, and could be the medication. Could be the treats.
Is it Artemis Small Breed Fresh Mix? That has 25% protein, which is not concerning. Even if that is a big jump from the RC, I don't think that would be too rich.
Poor boy. Hold the liver treats for awhile.
