He's been indoors since 10:30AM. He was just lying around when I gave him the liver treat. I weaned Teddy off of his old food into a new one. I used to feed him Royal Canin adult and now I feed him Artemis for small breeds...maybe because this food has more protein in it he can't take the liver as much as before? Teddy also used to be very sensitive to heartworm medicine (he would be lethargic when I would give him heartguard) so maybe this is getting to him? I'm just confused. I want to take him to the vet but it would be to a new vet and I'm not sure what to say?
