The only time I've seen puppies spit up is when they over eat. Are they still with momma? They should still be with her and getting some milk from her.
Offer canned food or puppy mush several times a day to help with the weaning process but don't take them completely away from momma and switch to dry food only - they won't tolerate that very well and you will have problems. Leave dry food out for them all the time so they can learn to nibble on it but they aren't ready to be on it by itself.
You may want to give them a little plain or vanilla flavored yogurt (with live cultures) for a day or two to help with their digestion.
