Me too! We always lock the gate so my son and Fluff can not get out. The owner even told us she can not even touch the dog or he will bite her. :s It all happend really fast Fluff was peeing he hikes because he was neutered late. And then all in one scoop Fluff at 5 lbs was drug under the chain link and being ate. Adam picked up a big rock and hit the dog in the side and he let fluff go . We reported the dog the owner got mad she said it was her watch dog but what else could we do ?
