Hello all, specially to those who cheered me on it's been quite awhile...
just wanted to update the status of my attempt & let all you know that I have been free from ciggys for just about 4 1/2 years now, so to all those still trying keep trying! for those who have quit, congrats to you all, it is and was a very hard struggle and it can be done....
