It's the second tooth - the smaller one that is the baby tooth that needs removed. Your vet will know which one. Double canine teeth are common in Yorkies, for some reason they don't loosen and fall out on alot of dogs. The puppy teeth have shallow roots but if they don't fall out the second tooth can hide alot of plaque and cause alot of problems.
