I hope you find a little sister for her too, but if you're not looking for a parti, there are so many breeders who are open to you. I think the hardest part about buying a dog from a YTCA breeder is convincing them that you'll be a good pet owner, and since you already have a yorkie, you're half way there. Have you looked at the YTCA breeder referral site?
Here's the one's in Michigan. Call some of them and tell them about your little girl and what's happened with her. If you find one that clicks with you, don't be afraid to put your name on a waiting list.
