puppies that don't come from quality breeders often times have behavioral and health problems. not saying that potty training and bite inhibition is easy with even the best bred dogs, but the better the breeder the easier it is. you will have to work extra hard to get this pup to understand not biting and where it's acceptable to eliminate. try crate training methods and for biting try to squeel really loud when bitten like a sibling pup might do. also try NO BITE and replace hands with an acceptable chew toy. good luck. i hope that everything works out and don't give up. even puppies that are brought home before 12 weeks old can be trained, it just takes a lot more patience and hard work than getting them when they are past 12 weeks.
