So sorry you are faced with possible liver issues in your little Roxi.

I went thru the same thing with Tiki at 7 months , with pre-op bloodwork showing elevated liver enzymes. We canceled her spay, did bile acid test, did ultrasound which didn't show a shunt, and vet thought she likely has mild MVD. I switched her to lower protein diet and supplements, and 6 months later her bile acid tests were better, so we went ahead with spay.

She is now 3, and relatively free of symptoms, except when someone feeds her some fatty meat (which makes her sick for 3-4 days).

Your vet is doing the normal course of testing, and it takes a little time. Be patient, I understand how frustrating and scarey it can be.
