Personally I have never experienced microdermabrasion. From what I've read it's similar to peels. The micro. and peel are similar in that they exfoliate the top layer of skin. One uses chemicals which causes it to slough off.....withthe micro. the skin is kind of *sanded* off. They're both some what superficial, if using a low % solution peel. They both produce redness and can cause some irritation.
I don't believe either one will do much as in a skin transformation by just doing one session. From what I've read they both require several sessions to see good results. If you have a coupon you can use it to see if you'd like to go back for more treatments.
You can't do both because it would cause way to much irritation and can cause damage to the skin.
