When I was breeding, I gave my vets number, so the prospective owner could get a first hand idea of how the health and care was of my breeding dogs...
All breeders will have problems from time to time...Mother nature can really do a number on us sometimes...I always think an ethical and caring breeder, will return the money and allow the owner to keep the pet...if they want. I think it is a tactic to demand the puppy back in order to recoup your costs... |
