What did you find out at the vet? My labmix does this sometimes and I have went to his bed to fluff and straighten it out and thought he peed (which he NEVER does) on it because of a very large wet spot but I smelled it and it was not pee but saliva ~ he licks his paws and legs and leaves those spots a lot but he is a healthy dog.
