LOL When Teddy was younger he used to want to get up and use the bathroom at 3AM and play as well. What I would do when he would wake me up is taking him to his pee spot wait and if he goes great if he doesn't then I put him back in his crate and go back to sleep. I did this in absolute silence and I would only say anything if he actually used the bathroom (I would praise him). He whined sometimes but he eventually got the message. Now, he only wakes me up if he absolutely has to go potty and after he's done he goes right back to sleep
