I don't think someone can make a general statement like that. YTCA members are supposed to be better. They have a code of ethics. I suggest you read it and see if you agree with what the YTCA stands for. Each member of the YTCA is suppose to live up to that code. That doesn't excuse a buyer from screening and researching the breeder. There might be a bad apple in the bunch.
